Are there any natural vasodilators?
Asked 2 years ago
My blood vessels are quite constricted and its resulting in a variety of health problems like fainting and nausea. Are there any natural vasodilators (e.g. in food, natural vitamins, etc.) that I can take?

A variety of foods are known to be natural vasodilators that can boost blood circulation. These include seasonings like cayenne pepper, ginger and turmeric as well as garlic, beets, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, or citrus fruits (oranges, lemons), pomegranates and watermelon. Nuts e.g. walnuts and pistachios, as well as dark chocolate, contain compounds that enhance blood flow. It may also be helpful to drink plenty of water and do moderate exercise daily.
