Can you take Ginkgo Biloba extract with food?
Asked 2 years ago
I am required to take Ginkgo Biloba to prevent hair loss, but I don't like the way it tastes. Is it okay for me to combine the extract in my food or a hot beverage like coffee?

Yes, it is. It's actually recommended that you take ginkgo biloba supplements with your meals as this can help maximize its absorption in the body. Taking it this way also helps avoid the taste and minimizes any side effects you may feel e.g nausea, constipation, and an upset stomach, that may happen if you take it by itself or on an empty stomach.
